Stuart Reiter, Architectural Lighting Consultant

Stuart has been designing in light for the past thirty years. He has brought success to such diverse lighting projects as a regional dance company performing in Switzerland, to the lighting for a new restaurant concept that included thunder and lightning sequences throughout the day and night. In addition, Stuart has designed venues ranging from small emerging theatre companies to medium size churches and special event centers. As an associate of TSG Design Solutions, Inc. and owner of, Reitlight, Inc. Stuart has the creative talent and experience that makes him highly qualified to work with building owners, developers, architects, electrical engineers, interior designers, and specialty design firms.


He has honed the ability to express exciting visual concepts through varying sources of illumination while making certain the lighting is functional and enhances the completed space. To accomplish this goal, he utilizes his extensive background in theatre lighting techniques to dramatize architectural surroundings. Stuart has been nominated three times for the South Florida Critics Association “Carbonell Award” and received the Carbonell Award in 2003 for the production of “Floyd Collins” at Actors’ Playhouse in Coral Gables, Florida.
