 Albert J. (Rusty) Cadaret III

Rusty possesses a unique combination of classical training and actual hands-on experience in audio engineering. He has worked as the project manager / engineer for the top sound contractor in Florida. He was the production engineer of the world renowned Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach. He was a project consultant for Arts Environments, Inc. and Placido Mara, Inc. Most recently he was a senior engineer for Glantre Engineering. His audio design credits include the main theaters for the Vision Class ships for RCCL, Project Capricorn for P&O, Gossman Theatre at The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, Magic On Ice Theatre in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and numerous high schools throughout Florida. Acoustic design credits include The Miracle Mile Theatre in Coral Gables, Lynn University, Governors Club, Lincoln Park Academy (the highest rated private music conservatory for secondary education in Florida) and the Palm Beach County School Board.

Rusty has a degree in Electrical Engineering and regularly attendees industry training seminars. Recently this includes advanced TEF training, two Syn-Aud-Con workshops (Electro acoustics and Horns II), and Crown IQ school. Rusty holds professional memberships in the Audio Engineering Society, United States Institute of Theatre Technology, Southeastern Theatre Conference, and Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. Rusty is also a component level electronics technician. Rusty also has a current Florida fishing license and is in the Miata Club of America.
