Review contractor submittal drawings to ensure compliance with the contract documents
Assist the architect in reviewing the bid and alternate pricing and make recommendations as to the best purchase options
Conduct necessary field inspections to ensure quality installations
Assist architectural design team with responses to Requests For Information (RFI’s)
Provide a final “punch list” noting any work deficiencies
